The SEC named Kristina Littman as the agency's new Division of Enforcement Cyber Unit Chief. Ms. Littman will succeed the former Unit Chief, Robert Cohen .

The SEC named Kristina Littman as the agency's new Division of Enforcement Cyber Unit Chief. Ms. Littman will succeed the former Unit Chief, Robert Cohen (see previous coverage).

Previously, Ms. Littman served as Senior Advisor to SEC Chair Jay Clayton specializing in matters involving the Division of Enforcement and Commission adjudications, as well as regulatory and policy matters concerning cryptocurrencies and digital assets. Prior to that, Ms. Littman held multiple senior attorney positions within the Division of Enforcement's Market Abuse Unit and Trial Unit.
