The Federal Reserve Board ("FRB") proposal to raise the threshold for bank holding companies and savings and loan holding companies, subject to Regulation TT assessments, was published in the Federal Register. Comments on the proposal must be submitted by January 9, 2019.

As previously covered, the proposal would increase the minimum threshold from $50 billion to $100 billion in total consolidated assets.
