On May 4, 2017, an SGR team consisting of Rodgers Lunsford,
Elizabeth Borland, and Courtney Thornton obtained a preliminary
injunction from the U.S. District Court for the Northern District
of Georgia enjoining defendants from further use of an infringing
trade dress and from continuing to compete unfairly with
plaintiff.
