In the May 7, 2015, Federal Register, FNS announced a correction
to the final rule published in the March 2, 2015, Federal Register, "Professional
Standards for State and Local School Nutrition Programs Personnel
as Required by the Healthy, Hunger-Free Kids Act of 2010." The
correction provides the missing regulatory text of hiring standards
criteria for local educational agencies with 2,499 or fewer
enrolled students. The final rule is effective on July
1, 2015.
