On January 1, 2015, the Arizona minimum wage will increase from
$7.90 to $8.05 per hour.
Each year, on January 1, the Arizona minimum wage increases
pursuant to a statutory cost of living formula that was built into
the 2006 Arizona Minimum Wage Act. The Act establishes the
minimum wage in Arizona and contains detailed employer
recordkeeping and enforcement provisions. Arizona's

employers need to remember that when Arizona and federal minimum
wages conflict, they must pay employees the higher of the
wages.
