Fox Rothschild was featured in the New Jersey Law
Journal's article, "Firms Entrenched in Princeton
Seeing Practice Areas Grow." Full text can be found in the
July 28, 2014, issue, but a synopsis is below.
For the past 30 years, Princeton, New Jersey has attracted large
Philadelphia firms with its unique post-recession business
opportunities and desirable office spaces.
Fox Rothschild LLP is an example of a Pennsylvania firm with a
fruitful Princeton office.
Lawrenceville, N.J., which borders Princeton to the south, houses
Fox's second-largest office. Containing 70 lawyers, the office
had a successful 2013 and is on track to improve this year,
according to Firmwide Managing Partner Mark Silow.
Fox Rothschild—which also has New Jersey offices in Atlantic
City, Morristown and Roseland—was on the forefront by opening
a small office in Princeton staffed with local lawyers in 1986. The
firm then reinforced its commitment to the market with the 1993
acquisition of Katzenbach, Gildea & Rudner and took its New
Jersey campaign even further in 2006 with the acquisition of
Grotta, Glassman & Hoffman, a 60-lawyer management-side labor
firm based in Roseland.
