Pryor Cashman client COMSovereign Holding Corp. recently announced the closing of its $16 million public offering and has begun trading on the Nasdaq Capital Market under the symbols "COMS" and "COMSW", respectively. The Pryor Cashman team advising the move was led by Eric Hellige, partner and member of Pryor Cashman's Corporate and Banking + Finance Groups. The communications technology company has become a U.S.-based communications provider able to provide 4G LTE Advanced and 5G-NR telecom solutions to network operators and enterprises through strategic acquisitions and organic research and development efforts. According to the company's press release:
The Company intends to use the net proceeds from the offering primarily for the repayment of outstanding indebtedness, the acquisition of new companies or products, inventory production and marketing, operating expenses, working capital and general corporate purposes.
