On June 1, 2020, Governor Ned Lamont issued Executive Order No. 7UU, which sets forth a mandatory program for COVID-19 testing of the staff of private and municipal nursing home facilities, managed residential communities, and assisted living services agencies. Specifically, beginning not later than the week starting June 14, 2020, private and municipal nursing homes are required to test all members of the nursing home facility staff for COVID-19 on a weekly basis and continue such testing for the duration of the public health emergency.

Private and municipal managed residential communities and assisted living services agencies are required to do the same, beginning not later than the week starting June 28, 2020.
