The Pennsylvania Environmental Quality Board recently approved a proposed regulation that is intended to reduce potential environmental impacts from oil and gas activities. The proposed regulation is comprehensive and affects gathering lines, temporary pipelines, waste management, spill prevention, and well restoration.
