On 25 March 2019, Capital Markets Board (CMB) has published Corporate Governance Reporting Guidance (Guidance) via its website.

The main purpose of the Guidance is to provide information regarding the corporate governance reporting framework adopted by the Resolution of the CMB dated 10 January 2019. Accordingly, the Guidance contains information regarding the compliance to the voluntary principles to be reported under the Compliance Report Format (CRF) and the information of the present corporate governance practices to be reported under the Corporate Governance Information Form (CGIF) as well as the respective sections of the activity reports, providing data on the compliance of the corporate governance.
