Robert De Rooy and Camilla Anderson (whose illustrated contracts
have made their way to an art gallery!). Anirudh discusses why
should the business community invest in contracts that are a joy to
read? His key proposition is that contracts can help bridge the
trust deficit with customers. Our favourite takeaway is from
Camilla who speaks about a clause that allows one party to
unilaterally change the terms of contract and how it makes
sense to put it out right upfront in a contract (in bold and
colour). There should be no surprises!
