On December 11, 2015, the Canadian Council of Chief Executives, a not-for-profit organization composed of CEOs from Canadian companies, announced plans to establish a not-for-profit organization called the Canadian Cyber Threat Exchange ("CCTX"). CCTX will aim to help businesses and consumers guard against cyber attacks by allowing companies, the government, and research institutions to share information about cyber threats and vulnerabilities.
