On June 17th, Tatha Swann was interviewed on CBC News discussing the recent on-going investigation into sexual harassment in the workplace involving her client, Kate Burnham.
Burnham, a former pastry chef at Weslodge, has filed a complaint with the Ontario Human Rights Tribunal describing the sexual harassment she endured during her employment at the Toronto restaurant.
