On February 2, Ontario Trial Lawyers Association (OTLA) President Maia Bent spoke at the Standing Committee on Finance and Economic Affairs, Pre-Budget Hearings at the Ontario Legislative Assembly. OTLA continues to advocate fairness and justice for injured accident victims who must endure intrusive "insurer examinations."
