Ontario not-for-profit organizations continue to await the coming into force of the Ontario Not-for-Profit Corporations Act, 2010. The latest update is that the government is fully committed to bringing ONCA into force at the earliest opportunity and will provide the sector with at least 24 months' notice before proclamation: http://www.sse.gov.on.ca/mcs/en/Pages/Not_For_Profit.aspx
