- Apply through extension application criteria for further leave to remain if you are in the UK and, within the 12 months immediately preceding the date of application, you have or were last granted
- Entry clearance, or
- Leave to enter, or
- Leave to remain as Tier 1 (Investor) migrant or investor
- Apply for the visa if you are applying for entry clearance into the UK and apply for switching of status if you applying from within the UK and are seeking further leave to remain in the country.
- If studying in the UK with sponsorship by a Government or International scholarship agency, you must provide the sponsor’s consent as well.
- Submit all documents that show you meet the requirements to be issued this visa.
