As at the date hereof the Board of Directors of the Company hereby accept responsibility for managing the affairs of the Company in accordance with the Memorandum and Articles of Association of the Company and the European Communities (Alternative Investment Fund Managers Directive 2011/61/EU) Regulations 2013, (the “Regulations”).
