The Lagos State Land Use Charge Assessment Appeal Tribunal (Tribunal) has commenced its Land Use Charge Resolution Week (Program). The Tribunal, which was set up in line with Section 17 of the Lagos State Land Use Charge Law 2018, is empowered to adjudicate on issues arising from the administration of the Lagos State Land Use Charge Law. According to a Public Notice issued by the Tribunal, the Program will hold at the Land Use Charge Assessment Appeal Tribunal, Plot 3, Otunba Jobi Fele Way, CBD, Alausa, Ikeja.
