Six months after advising Greentech start-up PlanA.Earth GmbH ("Plan A") on its seed financing round, Morrison & Foerster advised the Berlin-based environmental, social, and governance (ESG) management platform again on a U.S. $10 million Series A financing round, which is aimed at advancing Plan A's position in the corporate and ESG software market. Plan A will use the capital to further develop its ESG management platform and expand internationally, including opening offices in London, Munich, Paris, and other international hubs. Plan A aims to overtake one gigaton of emissions under management in the next two years.
