Lowenstein Sandler represented Coral Care in its $13 million Series A round lead by Haymaker Ventures with participation from FCA Ventures and Peterson Ventures. Coral Care is a platform expanding access to in-home pediatric speech, occupational, and physical therapy. The platform connects families with licensed speech-language pathologists, occupational therapists, and physical therapists for in-home, insurance-covered treatment.

The funding supports Coral Care's national expansion and investment in the platform's infrastructure powered by proprietary software that streamlines scheduling, documentation, billing, and credentialing. Coral Care plans to continue scaling its clinician network, launching additional markets, and investing in the technology infrastructure that powers its in-home care model.

The Lowenstein team included Abraham J. KwonAntonia E. Spano Chynara Tolubaeva, and Cathy Sukovich.
