A Katten team led by Capital Markets Partner Vlad Bulkin recently represented the sales agents in a $150 million at-the-market offering for Carlyle Secured Lending, Inc., a business development company.
The team also included Capital Markets Associates Maximillian Licona, Michael Tremeski and Ryan Lilley.
