PARIS, January 23, 2025 – Proskauer, a leading international law firm, advised The Sinari Group ("Sinari"), whose majority partner is Bridgepoint Development Capital, on its acquisition of Antsway, a full-web player and expert in managing interventions, last-mile deliveries, and their optimization.
Sinari, a major player in software development for the transport and logistics sectors, continues its ambitious growth strategy with the acquisition of Antsway.
Sinari serves nearly 6,000 clients across the French and Benelux markets with its digital solutions, which address all the digitalization, simplification, and decarbonization needs of the sector: TMS, embedded IT, FMS, WMS, route optimization, and more.
Sinari now integrates Antsway, a company based in Nancy, known for its 100% digital sales approach with its AntsRoute solution. Founded 10 years ago, the company now serves more than 500 SMEs and very small businesses (VSBs) in France and internationally, across various sectors requiring planning and optimization of routes, such as on-site interventions, last-mile transport, and more. In addition to route optimization, AntsRoute, a full-web SaaS platform, allows its clients to organize their interventions, streamline communication, and maintain full control over their field operations.
The Proskauer team was led by partner Xavier Norlain and included counsel Laurent Asquin and associate Mohamed Kettani (M&A).The team also included partner Maud Manon, counsel Bruno Valenti and associate Charlie Gelbon (Finance) and partner Mary Wilks (Regulatory).
