TYSONS, VA. (January 13, 2025) – Holland & Knight advised Proteus Enterprises in its acquisition of Ricardo Defense Inc., in partnership with Gladstone Investment Corporation (NASDAQ: GAIN). The transaction was announced on January 8.
Maryland-based Proteus Enterprises is a holding company that invests in middle and lower middle-market aerospace, defense and government services businesses.
