Lowenstein Sandler's Bankruptcy & Restructuring Department has been selected as counsel to the Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors in the Chapter 11 bankruptcy of DRF Logistics, LLC, former subsidiary of Pitney Bowes, providing domestic e-commerce parcel services and cross-border logistics services. DRF Logistics, LLC filed for Chapter 11 protection in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Texas.

The company reports between $100 to $500 million in both assets and liabilities.
