Lewis Silkin has advised CECO Environmental Corporation on the
acquisition of UK-based noise control technology company Wakefield
Acoustics Ltd.

diversified industrial company, who serve a broad landscape of

globally. CECO helps companies to grow their business with safe,
clean, and more efficient solutions that help protect people, the
environment and industrial equipment.
The acquisition of Wakefield is the latest in CECO's
programmatic M&A program over the past 12 months. The addition
of Wakefield to CECO's Thermal Acoustics business platform
further develops CECO's leadership position within the
industrial silencing and noise attenuation segment by adding a
range of solutions, as well as allowing them to have access to new
geographic markets.
