Resolution Of The National Hydrocarbons Commission For The Exploration Of "MELANOCETUS" And "LICAYOTE 1" Wells

In the Ordinary Session No. 11-15, dated July 31st, 2015, the National Hydrocarbons Commission resolved the petition of Petroleos Mexicanos to drill and explore the following wells: Melanocetus, which is located in the Cinturón de Plagado area; and Policayote 1, which is located in land.

In the Ordinary Session No. 11-15, dated July 31st, 2015, the National Hydrocarbons Commission resolved the petition of Petroleos Mexicanos to drill and explore the following wells: Melanocetus, which is located in the Cinturón de Plagado area; and Policayote 1, which is located in land.

The aforementioned Resolution was based on the Guidelines for the authorization of Drilling works on exploration and extraction of hydrocarbons activities, which states that PEMEX must have a current valid Assignment.

The works and activities related with the authorization granted by the National Hydrocarbons Commission are expected to begin on September, 2015.
