Walkers BVI has set the date for its Insolvency and Dispute Resolution Seminar. The seminar will take place on 29 October 2015 at the Old Government House in Road Town, British Virgin Islands.
Topics to be explored include office holder remuneration, company restoration, and a round-up of recent decisions affecting BVI clients. There will also be a mock-hearing of short applications based on these topics.
The event will run from 5pm to 6pm and will include networking and cocktails immediately afterwards.
