The Department for Business, Innovation and Skills (BIS) has now confirmed that the implementation of the Small Business, Enterprise and Employment Act will be on 10 October 2015.
The implementation will cover the following.
Date of Birth
Partial suppression of date of birth on the public register.
Accelerated strike-off
The time it takes to strike a company off the register, if it's not carrying on business or operation, will be reduced.
Consent to act as director or secretary
Replacement of the "consent to act" procedure.
