On the 3rd July 2015 the MFSA issued a Circular (available here) to Fund Managers regarding Appendix 2B which has been revised and published (available here) with an additional sheet relating to Non Malta Funds. Such additional sheet concerns the collection of information on non-Malta domiciled funds which are managed from Malta. This information is currently being requested by the MFSA by email, and from now on will be reported to the MFSA through the Financial Return, which is due on the next submission.
