It has been reported that Unite will not appeal the recent EAT decision about holiday pay.

The recent decision in Bear Scotland v Fulton said that overtime which is not guaranteed should be taken into account in calculating some elements of holiday pay and significantly limited the scope for backdated claims. Although the news that Unite will not appeal will be welcomed by many, there is still a possibility that another party may challenge the decision. So continue to watch this space...
