We tracked and analysed over 132 'direct' real estate portfolios during 2011 and 66 portfolios so far in 2012. Our report highlights the key transactions, the current buyers and sellers, and whether pricing in our view, has reflected 'fair value', a 'premium' or a 'discount' plotted on a timeline. Our report concludes by summarising the distressed debt market, the implications on portfolio transactional activity and our forecast for 2013 in both direct and loan portfolio markets.
