The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency ("OCC") published an updated version of the "Branch Closings" booklet of the Comptroller's Licensing Manual.

The booklet provides guidance on filing and notice requirements for branch closings at national banks and federal savings associations. The updated booklet, which replaces the previous version that was published in April 2003, incorporates revised OCC regulations and updated procedures instituted after the Office of Thrift Supervision was integrated into the OCC.
