Partner Vikram Sidhu in our New York office was recently featured in a Business Insurance article commenting on President-elect Donald Trump's potential impact on the Dodd-Frank Act, which was originally signed into federal law in 2010 by President Barack Obama in the wake of the financial crisis.

Vikram commented that while there may be significant changes, "it won't get completely repealed," as there are many parts "that do make sense and are useful."
