FHFA Further Adjusts Multifamily Lending Caps For Fannie Mae And Freddie Mac

On August 18, 2016, the Federal Housing Finance Agency
("FHFA") announced an additional increase to the 2016
multifamily lending caps for both Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac. The
caps for both Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac were raised from $35
billion to $36.5 billion, effective immediately.
