Wilshire Associates agreed to follow the United Nations'
Principles for Responsible Investing, signalling a commitment to
include environmental, social and governance factors into its
investment decisions and practices. The firm is home to the
Wilshire Liquid Alternative Index, which measures the liquid
alternative investment strategies' performance. The UN
principles were launched in 2006 and feature six key principles
that are designed to encourage responsible investment. More than
1,500 global financial institutions with more than $62 trillion in
total AUM had agreed to the principles as of April 2016.
