WilmerHale Partner Lee Greenfield was the co-editorial chair of the recently-published treatise, "Mergers and Acquisitions: Understanding the Antitrust Issues," released in October 2015 by the American Bar Association (ABA). The work provides a comprehensive review of the substantive US antitrust law relating to mergers and acquisitions. Greenfield practices in the Regulatory and Government Affairs Department, representing clients in a broad range of complex antitrust matters. He focuses on issues relating to obtaining merger clearance for transactions in a diverse range of industries, including defense and aerospace, computer products, scientific equipment, agricultural and other chemicals, entertainment, professional services and financial services.

Greenfield has been recognized as a leader in antitrust law in 2008-2015 by Chambers USA, named to the 2012-2015 DC Super Lawyers lists, and was listed as a leading Competition/Antitrust economist in the DC area by Expert Guides in 2014.
