Randall Sidlosca was featured in Miami Today article "Miami Seeks Foreign Investors for Affordable Housing." Full text can be found in the August 13, 2015, issue, but a synopsis is below.

Affordable housing has become an urgent need in Miami due to 52,000 names waiting for public housing. Officials are relying on a federal investment program to secure affordable and workforce housing for the city.

Randall L. Sidlosca is supportive of the EB-5 program and encourages developers to consider the project. "I'm working on a mixed-use project geared to different sectors of society," he said. Sidlosca advanced the idea of mixed-use projects with affordable rental housing among green space, parks, a health and wellness center, residential and office uses, and near cultural and social activities.

Sidlosca believes the motivation for investors and builders is the "ability to do well financially." He says that the Hudson Yards project, a mixed-use retail in New York, is an example of a successful village concept.
