Kimberly Freimuth was quoted in the Montgomery Media article, "Perkasie Woods Development Receives Conditional Approval From Council." Full text can be found in the April 21, 2015, issue, but a synopsis is noted below.

Experienced zoning and land use attorney, Kim Freimuth, spearheaded the plan for the housing development, Perkasie Woods. This plan recently received land development approval from the borough council.

She also responded to questions from both the council and the public, revealing that the plan consists of 144 townhouses, a "tot lot" play area for children, and open spaces all managed by a homeowners association.

Regarding the plan, Freimuth commented, "This plan that you're seeing tonight is substantially similar to the sketch plan that was presented last summer."

Freimuth has already taken some steps such as working with the borough, reviewing and utilizing last year's plans and attending various zoning meetings.
