Jeffrey Sultanik was quoted in the Ambler Gazette article "Upper Dublin School Board Approves Fact-Finder's Report, Puts Ball in Teachers' Court." While the full text can be found in the July 9, 2014, issue of the Ambler Gazette, a synopsis is noted below.

The fact-finder's report recommending the parameters for a new contract with the Upper Dublin Educational Association was approved by the Upper Dublin School Board. Sultanik will be representing the board in negotiating a new contract with the teachers.

"We will not know the ultimate outcome of the process until the union votes," Sultanik said.

Details of the recommendation will not be released until after the union votes. If the union also approves, the recommendation will become the new contract.

"The board is not completely enthralled that the fact-finder did not address all the issues the board deemed important in the process," he added. "It's a balance between fiscal necessity and operating a high-performing school district," he said.
