financial reporting and issuer disclosure enforcement activity for
2020. This White Paper focuses on the U.S. Securities and
Exchange Commission's ("SEC") enforcement activity
for the first half of 2020 but also discusses other recent

rulemaking activity. Overall, even in an unusual year marked by the
