The Indiana Alcohol and Tobacco Commission (ATC) has announced that on November 15, 2015, there will be an auction of newly-available alcoholic beverage permits. Most of the newly-available permits are a result of increased population in certain cities around Indiana.
If your business has plans to expand within Indiana in the near future, you should consider bidding on one or more alcoholic beverage permits through this auction process. Pre-bid qualification applications must be completed and submitted to the ATC on or before Oct. 30, in order to participate in the November 16 auction.
