Fox Rothschild has released Data Breach 411, an iPhone app that acts as a guide on how to respond to a data breach, including a listing of varying state laws regarding notification requirements.

The app was spearheaded by noted privacy attorney and Fox partner Scott L. Vernick, who also serves as head of the firm's privacy and data security practice.
