Her Majesty's Courts and Tribunals Service (HMCTS) has published guidance of the processing and replying times for work at the County Court Money Claims Centre in Salford and the County Court Business Centre in Northampton.
As bitter experience has taught us, these processing times are likely to be minimum time frames before a party can chase correspondence, therefore insurers should factor these times into their workflow.
