It was announced in this week's Business Statement that there will be a debate in the Commons on the motions relating to scrutiny of Draft Orders under the Public Bodies Bill on Wednesday, 14 December. As yet, however, no motions appear to have been tabled though it may be recalled that the Seventh Report of the House of Lords Procedure Committee published on 31 October 2011 endorsed proposals which had then been brought forward by the Leader of the House (see here).

As the Commons agreed on 29 November, in keeping with the Government's revised position on the Youth Justice Board and the Chief Coroner, not to assist on Commons Amendments 47 and 53 (whilst also agreeing to Lords Amendments 53A-C in lieu), the Bill itself now simply awaits Royal Assent which is expected to take place on 20 December.
