topics.
The first of these online sessions, US and Turkish Securities Law
Considerations in Turkish IPOs and ABBs will take place on 26 June
2020.
The session will focus on

- US and Turkish Law Disclosure and Liability Regime
- Other Particularities of Turkish IPOs and ABBs
The session is designed primarily for investment bankers,
underwriters and issuers/corporates, but is also valuable for those
interested in Turkish cross-border equity issuances.
The session is also interactive - you can ask our team questions
utilizing the chat function.
The seminar will be held through Zoom. There is no need to download
anything; Zoom works on your browser and on your smart phone. Your
