When can a foreign trustee end up in a US court? Caribbean service providers often establish structures for clients without fully understanding how the US law could impact the proposed arrangements, says Ogier partner Rachael Reynolds, who will discuss the issues at STEP Caribbean in May.

Rachael, who is described by clients as "a real powerhouse" and "intellectually first class", heads Ogier's Caribbean and Asia Dispute Resolution team which has specialists across BVI, Cayman and Hong Kong
