Hugh Hefner's Playboy Enterprises International Inc has
issued High Court proceedings in Dublin against Entertainment Media
Networks Limited, owners of the website entertainment.ie. Playboy
is seeking damages and an injunction following its claim that the
Irish website published its photographs of actress Kate Moss
without its authority or consent.
Playboy is understood to be pursuing similar actions in both the
USA and across Europe over similar allegations in respect of the
Kate Moss images.
