Under the technical definition established by trademark law, a
'certified copy' is any document which:
- has an entry in the register of trademarks;
- bears certification from the Trademark Registry; and
- has the value of admissible evidence in any court of law.

application to the Trademark Registry on payment of the prescribed
fee.
