Data in Customer Loyalty and Reward Programs and a study titled

Estate Agency in Hong Kong. The Loyalty Programs Report
examined 30 customer loyalty and reward programs from various
industries and discussed the lack of transparency in such programs.
The Estate Agency Report, however, concluded that the Estate Agency
made reasonably good efforts to ensure proper management of
clients' data.
