On June 30th, Howard Levitt was interviewed on CBC's Here and Now discussing the recent allegations by a York University student, who also works part-time as a teaching assistant at the univerisity, that she was sexually assaulted by a fellow co-worker and was forced to work alongside him following the incident.
Levitt comments on what the rights and responsibilities are of the employers and employees following such an incident happens within the workplace.
